PD-&SV-& RO-Sieve FINE MESH FOR SIEVING

Achieving excellent durability and sieving efficiency with our high tensile strength stainless wire. This mesh is used for a variety of powder sieving applications with our own unique high-density mesh standards and also with JIS Japan Industrial Standards. Because we use high tensile strength stainless material, it has remarkable wear resistance and long useful life. By using thinner wires, we are able to create mesh openings with larger open area ratios. We have achieved even higher sieving efficiency by making the mesh openings rectangular in some products (RO-Series).

By enduring under severe usage conditions, the product achieved 2 ~ 3 micron nominal filtering accuracy Our Dutch weave mesh can be woven up to 4,860 mesh per inch (2-3 microns nominal filtering accuracy) and it is ideal for super fine filter material. It is capable of filtering high load, high viscosity materials through a multi-layered structure. It also has exceptional heat and chemical resistance. Additionally, we handle materials other than stainless, such as lnconel, Tungsten, Hastelloy and Nickel.
